Frequently asked questions

Have any questions?

Certification by a permanent court interpreter is required when you submit the translation to a court, a notary public or a public authority — for example judgments, powers of attorney, register extracts and contracts in official proceedings. Permanent court interpreters are appointed by the Ministry of Justice under the Courts Act (Articles 123–124c). Internal legal documents usually need no certification. Bilingua confirms what applies to your case when you send an enquiry.
